With Industrial Ethernet, the Ethernet standard becomes usable for networking devices in industrial manufacturing. Wherever classic bus systems reach their limits, Industrial Ethernet-based infrastructures are increasingly being used. Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) reduces Ethernet cabling to one wire pair and thus enables a compact, weight- and cost-optimized infrastructure for industrial and mobile applications. Ideal for connecting sensors, actuators and decentralized field devices – especially where conventional Ethernet solutions reach physical limits.

The TERZ product range includes Industrial Ethernet Switches with RJ45 and M12 connection technology and M12 Industrial USB Flash Drives. All products are developed for use in industrial automation and for use in vehicles such as passenger trains, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles and ships. To make the products as efficient and reliable as possible, great emphasis is placed on optimization during development. During the concept phase, in addition to the long-term availability of the components used, their industrial suitability and quality are also ensured. Reliable and space-saving networking in the control cabinet

With only 22.5 mm (5/8 port) or 38 mm (16 port) width, the NITE-RS switches offer high-quality metal housings for DIN rail. Thanks to Plug&Play, fast, cost-effective commissioning is possible. The extended temperature range (–40 °C to +70 °C), reverse polarity protection 24 VAC/VDC power supply and inrush current limiting guarantee flexible usability. LLDP/PTCP support and full PROFINET compatibility ensure reliable integration. Variants with up to 3 SC-Duplex fiber optic ports enable EMC-safe data transmission over 2 km (multimode) or 10 km (single mode). The Full Gigabit models with 5 and 8 ports support continuous 1000 Mbit/s and Jumbo Frames – ideal for bandwidth-intensive applications. The NITE-RS series combines slim design, Gigabit performance and industrial quality for modern networks.
