With only 22.5 mm (5/8 port) or 38 mm (16 port) width, the NITE-RS switches offer high-quality metal housings for DIN rail. Thanks to Plug&Play, fast, cost-effective commissioning is possible. The extended temperature range (–40 °C to +70 °C), reverse polarity protection 24 VAC/VDC power supply and inrush current limiting guarantee flexible usability. LLDP/PTCP support and full PROFINET compatibility ensure reliable integration. Variants with up to 3 SC-Duplex fiber optic ports enable EMC-safe data transmission over 2 km (multimode) or 10 km (single mode). The Full Gigabit models with 5 and 8 ports support continuous 1000 Mbit/s and Jumbo Frames – ideal for bandwidth-intensive applications. The NITE-RS series combines slim design, Gigabit performance and industrial quality for modern networks.

NITE-RF / RW— ultra-flat and efficient

With only 32.5 mm (NITE-RF) or 28 mm installation depth (NITE-RW) and a height of 105 mm, these switch series offer extremely compact aluminum housings for space-saving installation in control cabinets or on walls. The 24 VAC/VDC power supply with inrush current limiting and reverse polarity protection ensures safe operation in any industrial environment. The front-side arrangement of all connections significantly simplifies wiring and maintenance. The NITE-RF models are designed for DIN rail mounting, while the NITE-RW switches can be mounted directly on the wall using mounting brackets. NITE-XS— robust, compact, field-suitable
Control cabinet-less networking directly in the field
The ultra-compact M12 IP65/67 Industrial Ethernet Switches of the NITE-XS series network applications in harsh industrial environments, rail vehicles and commercial vehicles safely and reliably – directly in the field, outside the control cabinet. Thanks to extended temperature range, high shock and vibration resistance and a robust full-metal housing, they are optimally suited for decentralized installations. The Plug&Play functionality enables direct and fast commissioning on site, reduces cabling effort and saves space in the control cabinet. For bandwidth-intensive applications, variants with X-coded M12 Gigabit ports are available. These offer continuous performance with maximum reliability. The NITE-XS switches have excellent EMC behavior, meet railway standards according to DIN EN 50155 as well as fire protection according to DIN EN 45545 – and are thus unrestricted railway-suitable. The ZERO-RS are highly optimized and cost-effective Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Switches specifically developed for harsh industrial environments. With 5x and 8x RJ45 ports Fast Ethernet (10/100 Mbit/s), they provide reliable network connectivity. Thanks to a rated voltage of 24 VDC (reverse polarity protection) and a voltage range of 6-36 VDC, they are extremely flexible to use. The temperature range of -40 to 70 °C and protection class IP30 make them extremely resistant. The housing made of anodized aluminum/stainless steel enables space-saving and reliable mounting with a minimal installation width of only 17.5 mm. SPARK-XS— Power over Ethernet
Power and data over one cable: Compact, robust, efficient
The SPARK-XS41Q M12 Industrial PoE Ethernet Switch is designed and developed for use in harsh industrial environments outside the control cabinet and for networks in passenger trains, buses, commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery. With a supply voltage of 24 VDC, the switch supplies connected end devices on the four D-coded M12 ports with data and power in accordance with the IEEE 802.3at (Type 1) standard with a total power budget of 40 watts. With the X-coded M12 uplink port, sufficient reserves are available for data transmission thanks to high bandwidth. Thanks to the extended temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, excellent EMC behavior (DIN EN 50121-3-2) and fire protection according to DIN EN 45545, it complies with DIN EN 50155.

NITE-T1RS— Single Pair Ethernet
SPE Master|Slave auto-detection or fixed setting
The configurable T1-RS51 features 5x T1 SPE ports according to IEC 63171-2 and one Fast Ethernet TX RJ45 port. Via the rotary encoder switch, all five SPE ports can be individually set as Master or Slave. Any combination of these two modes can thus be configured. The options for Master|Slave auto-detection enable connecting end devices regardless of their setting, the T1-RS51 adapts according to the role as Master or Slave. Two different options are available: With option "Auto 1", the role is re-learned after a link or power-down, similar to the auto-negotiation function in standard Ethernet switches. Option "Auto 2" retains the learned setting per port, even during a link-down. An extremely short link setup is thus possible. This setting is particularly suitable for applications that remain static regarding connected end participants after a one-time learning process.
