Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7 (1) TMG. Server log files

We, the website operator or page provider, collect data about accesses to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and store this as “server log files” on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:

• Source/referrer from which you reached the page

The server log files are stored for a limited number of days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, for example in order to be able to clarify cases of misuse. If data has to be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified. The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of unlawful use.

Handling of contact data

If you contact us as the website operator through the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be drawn upon in order to process and answer your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries by contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Google Analytics

On the basis of our legitimate interests in optimising and analysing our online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, this website uses the “Google Analytics” service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The service (Google Analytics) uses “cookies” – text files which are stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement: www.privacyshield.gov/participant IP anonymisation is active on this website. Users’ IP addresses are shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other states party to the agreement. Only in exceptional cases is the IP address first transmitted in full to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening removes the personal reference of your IP address. Under the agreement on commissioned data processing, which we as website operator have concluded with Google Inc., Google uses the collected information to produce an evaluation of website use and website activity and provides services connected with internet use. Deletion of data

If erasure cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible statutory purposes, processing is restricted instead. In this case the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes.
