Waste electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates the requirement for separate collection.

To return your TERZ Industrial Ethernet Switches, please contact us at support@terz-ie.com or +49 5402 608097-0. We will provide you with the return address. Returns are made by shipping the equipment.

Costs are governed by the validly agreed cost allocation; otherwise, the statutory provisions apply.

End users are responsible for deleting any personal data stored on waste equipment.

Packaging

Please place our cardboard packaging in the separate waste paper collection.
